Extensive renovation of a Victorian house including a modern extension to the rear and integrated swimming pool, deck and BBQ area. Features in HOUSES Magazine May 2012 – the feature materials included – standing seam colour bond roof curved in two directions, feature curved plywood ceiling, honed block work walls, blackened brass island bench and splash backs. Hand painted feature mural doors to the main entry, frameless glass ballustrades, in floor hydronic heating registers and automatic external venetian style operable sun screens.
