About This Project

Situated in a small retail strip, in a residential area, this project reconfigured 2 old shops with upstairs dwellings to a 2 shop plus 4 apartment complex. Multi-use developments require specific fire and sound proof rating standards. This project also required the shops to be constructed fit for food businesses, necessitating specialist ventilation and drainage systems.
