24 May From shop fronts to townhouses – development projects

Sapa Construction Services is currently building ten townhouses on a corner site in Cheltenham, within walking distance to the Charman Road village and the train station. These two and three bedroom dwellings are due for completion in spring 2016. On a smaller scale, we have just completed two ground floor shop fronts in East Bentleigh, with four apartments on the first floor. See them here.
