Architect John Alkemade was recently recognised in the Bayside Built Environment Awards winning the Best New Building Award and the Best of the Best Award for our project at 5 Central Avenue, Black Rock. The awards aim to raise awareness of design, landscaping and heritage issues. Features of the property include a Tridek Roofing system to which we added a value engineering process; and a mix of modern environmentally friendly materials creating an energy efficient house sympathetic to the modernist architectural style typical of the Beaumaris area.
